These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moni Plus website (the “Website”) and any information, tools, products and services made available through it. The Website is operated by Moni Plus (“Moni Plus”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a financial services provider based in Papua New Guinea.
By accessing, browsing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
